Beijing, June 9 (Reporter Wang Bixue) The 95th Chairman's Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress was held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on the afternoon of June 9. Chairman Li Zhanshu presided over the meeting.
Li Fei, Chairman of the Constitutional and Legal Committee of the National People's Congress, reported to the meeting on the revision opinions of the draft data security law, on the revision opinions of the draft Hainan Free Trade Port Law, on the revision opinions of the draft military status and rights protection law, on the revision opinions of the draft military facilities protection law, and on the revision opinions of the draft decision on the revision of the safety production law, The report on the revision opinions of the draft stamp tax law, the report on the revision opinions of the draft anti foreign sanctions law, and the report on the review results of the draft decision authorizing the Shanghai Municipal People's Congress and its Standing Committee to formulate regulations for the Pudong New Area. The Constitution and Law Commission, based on the deliberations of the Standing Committee meeting, proposed revised drafts and draft decisions on relevant drafts.
Shi Yaobin, Vice Chairman of the Finance and Economic Committee of the National People's Congress and Director of the Budget Work Committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, presented a report to the meeting on the review of the 2020 Central Final Account Draft and the 2020 Central Final Account Report, as well as the draft resolution.
Wu Yuliang, Chairman of the Supervisory and Judicial Committee of the National People's Congress, reported to the meeting on the review and revision of the draft resolution on carrying out the eighth five-year rule of law publicity and education.
Yang Zhenwu, Secretary General of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, presented a report on the qualifications of individual representatives and the review of appointment and removal proposals to the meeting.
The Chairman's Meeting decided to submit the revised draft, draft decision, draft resolution, etc. of the above-mentioned draft to the Standing Committee for deliberation.
